Add chopped ginger, green chilli, garlic, salt, fine sugar, garam masala, cinnamon powder, white pepper powder, and coconut milk powder. Mix it thoroughly and place it in the chiller for the mixture to harden a bit. Give the mix a shape, dip in tempura batter, roll in almonds, then in panko breadcrumbs. Deep fry and serve with chutney and chai!
