Delhi's Lieutenant Governor Taranjit Singh Sandhu recently took a walk through the bustling lanes of Kamla Nagar Market, giving a glimpse of the capital's vibrant street culture. His visit combined on-ground interactions with locals and a quick stop for one of Delhi's most loved dishes. In pictures shared by him on X (formerly Twitter) on March 31, Sandhu can be seen surrounded by people as he moved through the market. He interacted with shopkeepers, vendors, students and visitors, soaking in the energy of the popular North Campus hub. In one of the moments, he is also seen holding a plate of chole bhature, as he stopped to eat at the iconic Chache Di Hatti.

Sharing the post, the LG described the visit as a walk down memory lane at Kamla Nagar, recalling his earlier days visiting the area. He spoke about the market's lively atmosphere, noting how it continues to attract students, tourists and shoppers. Along with enjoying the famous chole bhature, he also mentioned interacting with locals on civic issues.
