Ingredients of Air Fryer Kurkuri Bhindi
- 250 gms bhindi
- 2 tbsp besan
- 2 tbsp cornflour
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1 chaat masala
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1/2 tsp jeera powder
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- Salt to taste
How to Make Air Fryer Kurkuri Bhindi

First, wash the bhindi nicely and pat it dry. Slit them from the center to form thin shards, and preheat the air fryer.

Add besan, corn flour, red chilli powder, ginger-garlic paste, jeera, salt, oil, and lemon juice to make a smooth paste.

Add the slit bhindi to this bowl and make sure it's well coated with the paste.

Now, brush some oil on the air fryer basket and spread the bhindi all over it. Do not overcrowd the basket.

Bake them at 170 degrees C for 10–15 minutes. You may also toss them in between.

Once done, brush some more oil over them and bake for another 5 minutes at 190 degrees C until they turn crispy and golden brown.
7.
Transfer to a bowl, sprinkle with chaat masala, and pair it with your roti, paratha, or rice.
