Ingredients of Air Fryer Paneer Tikka

  • 300 gms paneer cubes
  • 1 cup dahi
  • 1 ½ tbsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp haldi
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp jeera powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 2-3 tsp oil
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Air Fryer Paneer Tikka

1.
First, we need to prepare the marinade for the paneer tikka. For this, add dahi, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, red chilli powder, haldi, garam masala, jeera powder, coriander powder, and salt in a bowl. Mix well.
2.
Now, gently add the paneer cubes to the bowl and toss them nicely. (Make sure to coat them well with marinade.) Let them sit for around 20 to 30 minutes so that the flavours get absorbed nicely.
3.
Preheat your air fryer to 200 degrees C and brush the basket with some oil. Place the paneer cubes on it, ensuring they do not stick to each other.
4.
Air fry them for around 10 to 15 minutes. Once done, remove from the air fryer and serve hot with pudina chutney.
