  • 1 tbsp yogurt
  • 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • Salt and pepper to taste

How to Make Saffron Paneer Tikka Skewers

In a bowl, mix saffron-soaked milk, yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, garam masala, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.

Add paneer cubes to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Allow them to marinate for at least 30 minutes.
