Aloo Kulcha Recipe: The soft and fluffly kulcha gets a delicious twist with this recipe. The kulcha is stuffed with a spicy aloo masala, making it taste just delicious! If you are familiar with making parathas at home, then preparing this all kulcha shall be super easy for you.

Ingredients of Aloo Kulcha
- 120 Gram Atta
- 125 gram Maida
- 1/4 tsp Baking Soda
- 3 tsp Ghee
- 2 tbsp Yoghurt
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 cup Water (for kneading the dough)
- 1-2 tsp Sesame Seeds
- For Kulcha Stuffing
- 3 Boiled potatoes
- 1 tsp Green Chillies (Chopped)
- 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
- 2 tbsp Chopped coriander leaves
How to Make Aloo Kulcha
For Dough
1.
In a mixing bowl take whole wheat flour, all-purpose flour, baking soda, 1 teaspoon sugar and ¾ to 1 teaspoon salt or as required.Add curd (yogurt) and oil.

Lightly mix everything with a spoon or with your hands.

Add water, the amount of water to be added depends on the quality of the flours. So, add accordingly.Mix and then begin to knead.

Knead to a smooth, pliable and soft dough. Cover the dough and keep aside for 2 hours.
For Stuffing:
1.
Add the chopped green chillies, red chilli powder, dried mango powder, garam masala powder and coriander leaves to boiled potatoes.
2.
Mix the spices and herbs in the mashed potatoes very well. Check the taste and add more of the salt, green chilies and dried mango powder if required.
3.
Roll the dough into a circle. Place the masala in the centre. Close the dough with the masala inside it. Now roll it again.
4.
Cook the the kulcha on a ghee-laden tawa, make sure it is nice and crisp.
5.
Aloo Kulcha is ready!
