Kulcha naan is basically an Indian flat bread made with all purpose flour and topped with black sesame seeds. Pair it up with spicy chole, tangy mint chutney and enjoy the wholesome meal.

Ingredients of Kulcha Naan

  • 1/2 Cup All Purpose Flour
  • 1 tbsp Curd
  • 1 tbsp Chopped coriander leaves
  • A pinch of Baking Soda
  • 1 tsp Black Sesame seeds
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Sugar
  • 1/4 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Oil

How to Make Kulcha Naan

Prepare the dough in a large container by adding all purpose flour, sugar, salt, baking soda, curd and oil. Keep it aside for 2 hours.

Now take the dough, divide it into equal parts. Roll each portion into a bowl and sprinkle sesame seeds and coriander on top of it.

Now roll the kulcha and place it on a non stick pan.
4.
Cook the kulcha until both sides turn crispy and golden brown.
5.
Serve it with chole, mint chutney and onion rings.
