Ingredients of Aloo Omelette
- 5 potatoes, boiled
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1/2 cup gram flour
- Olive oil (for cooking)
- to taste salt
- to taste black pepper powder
How to Make Aloo Omelette

Peel the boiled potatoes and roughly crumble them.

In a bowl, combine gram flour and water to make a smooth, lump-free batter.

Add the potatoes, chopped onions, salt and black pepper powder. Also add milk. Mix well.

In a pan, heat olive oil, saute ginger-garlic paste till fragrant. Pour the potato mixture and flatten from the top and the sides to give it a round shape. Cover and cook for 8-10 minutes on low flame.

Flip and cook on the other side too. Serve hot.
