Ingredients of Aloo Omelette
5 potatoes, boiled
1 onion, chopped
1/2 cup milk
1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
1/2 cup gram flour
Olive oil (for cooking)
to taste salt
to taste black pepper powder
How to Make Aloo Omelette
1.Peel the boiled potatoes and roughly crumble them.
2.In a bowl, combine gram flour and water to make a smooth, lump-free batter.
3.Add the potatoes, chopped onions, salt and black pepper powder. Also add milk. Mix well.
4.In a pan, heat olive oil, saute ginger-garlic paste till fragrant. Pour the potato mixture and flatten from the top and the sides to give it a round shape. Cover and cook for 8-10 minutes on low flame.
5.Flip and cook on the other side too. Serve hot.
