About Aloo Omelette Recipe: Here's a vegetarian omelette brimming with a yummy mix of ginger-garlic, crunchy onion and potatoes, making for a perfect morning meal!

Ingredients of Aloo Omelette

  • 5 potatoes, boiled
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 1/2 cup gram flour
  • Olive oil (for cooking)
  • to taste salt
  • to taste black pepper powder

How to Make Aloo Omelette

  • 1.Peel the boiled potatoes and roughly crumble them.
  • 2.In a bowl, combine gram flour and water to make a smooth, lump-free batter.
  • 3.Add the potatoes, chopped onions, salt and black pepper powder. Also add milk. Mix well.
  • 4.In a pan, heat olive oil, saute ginger-garlic paste till fragrant. Pour the potato mixture and flatten from the top and the sides to give it a round shape. Cover and cook for 8-10 minutes on low flame.
  • 5.Flip and cook on the other side too. Serve hot.
