  • 1/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 cup yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp honey (optional
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • Ice cubes (optional)

How to Make Apple Oats Chia Seeds Smoothie

Place the chopped apple, rolled oats, chia seeds, yoghurt, honey (if using) and cinnamon in a blender.
