Ingredients of Asparagus & Corn Roll

  • 100 gm corn kernel
  • 300 gm asparagus
  • 100 gm red pumpkin
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 30 gm cheddar cheese
  • 4-5 tbsp refined oil
  • Spring roll pastry sheets

How to Make Asparagus & Corn Roll

Wash, peel and chop asparagus and red pumpkin. Blanch the asparagus and pumpkin and put it into ice water. Once it is cool, keep aside and let it drain.

Mix corn kernel with blanched asparagus and pumpkin. Season it as per your taste. Cling-wrap the bowl with the mixture and keep it in the refrigerator for about an hour.

Spread the spring roll pastry sheet and place about 1 tbsp or more of the asparagus and corn filling and wrap it.

In a pan add the refined oil and deep-fry the wrapped roll till it becomes golden in colour. Serve it with a sauce and garnish it with micro greens.
