Ingredients of Air Fryer Aloo Corn Cutlet

  • 2 Cups corn kernels, parboiled
  • 4 potatoes, boiled and mashed
  • 1 tbsp chilli flakes
  • 2 green chillies, finely chopped
  • ½ inch ginger, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp chaat masala
  • 1 tsp chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp pepper powder
  • 1/2 cup coriander leaves, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp breadcrumbs
  • 1 tbsp rice flour
  • 2 tsp salt, or to taste
  • Oil for greasing

How to Make Air Fryer Aloo Corn Cutlet

Take the parboiled corn kernels and keep aside 1 tbsp of them. Coarsely grind the remaining kernels.
In a large bowl, combine the coarsely ground corn as well as the other corn kernels with the rest of the ingredients listed above.
Mash well and taste to adjust salt. Preheat your air fryer at 180-200 degrees C for 5 minutes.
Shape the mixture into cutlets and place them in the air-fryer basket.
Brush the cutlets with a little oil and air fry them for 10-12 mins or until golden brown. You can flip them halfway through to help them cook evenly.
Serve the cutlets hot with chutney and/or ketchup. Even dips like chipotle sauce could be paired with these cutlets.
