Ingredients of Baingan Chatpate
- 1-2 large eggplants-cubed
- Oil to fry the eggplants
- Chick pea flour to dust the eggplant slices - mixed with 1/2 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp chilli powder
- Amchoor to taste
- Chaat masala to taste (optional)
How to Make Baingan Chatpate
1.
Dust the eggplants with the besan mixture.
2.
Heat the oil and fry the eggplants till brown and cooked through but still firm.
3.
Drain on to an absorbent paper, dust with amchoor and chaat masala and serve.
