Ingredients of Bihari Aloo Chokha
- 3 Potatoes
- 2 Tomatoes
- 1 Onion
- 1/2 cup Coriander Leaves
- 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
- 1 tsp Cumin Powder
- 1 tsp Coriander Powder
- to taste Salt
How to Make Bihari Aloo Chokha

Boil some potatoes. Till then roast tomatoes in a pan.

Slice onions and coriander leaves finely.

Let the potatoes cool after they have finished boiling, then mash them with the roasted tomato.

Add salt, red pepper flakes, cumin powder, coriander powder, and sliced onion and coriander afterward.
