Ingredients of Pinwheel Aloo Paratha

  • 1 cup atta
  • Water, as required
  • 2 boiled potatoes
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 green chilli, chopped
  • 1/4 cup coriander leaves, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp cumin powder
  • A pinch of salt
  • Ghee, for frying

To begin with, add atta to a large bowl and gradually add water to combine everything together. Knead to form a smooth dough and keep it aside.

Now, prepare the aloo filling by mixing together boiled potatoes with onions, coriander leaves, green chillies, and masalas.

Take a small portion of the dough and roll out a thin paratha. Instead of making it large, roll it out to create a mini version of paratha.

Place the filling in the centre and encase it carefully. Roll it out again and cook on a pan set on a low-medium flame.

Make sure to coat the pan with ghee before cooking the parathas. Serve hot and enjoy your homemade pinwheel aloo parathas!
