To begin with, add atta to a large bowl and gradually add water to combine everything together. Knead to form a smooth dough and keep it aside.
Now, prepare the aloo filling by mixing together boiled potatoes with onions, coriander leaves, green chillies, and masalas.
Take a small portion of the dough and roll out a thin paratha. Instead of making it large, roll it out to create a mini version of paratha.
Place the filling in the centre and encase it carefully. Roll it out again and cook on a pan set on a low-medium flame.
Make sure to coat the pan with ghee before cooking the parathas. Serve hot and enjoy your homemade pinwheel aloo parathas!
