Ingredients of Cheese Burst Garlic Bread
- For dough:
- 2 cups All-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp Softened butter
- 1/2 tsp Instant dry yeast
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 2/3 cup Water
- For the filling:
- 1/2 cup Grated mozzarella cheese
- 3 tsp Milk
- 3-4 Garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp Softened/ melted butter
- Chilli flakes
- Oregano
How to Make Cheese Burst Garlic Bread

For dough:

You first need to knead dough by using all-purpose flour, instant yeast, and sugar. Once done, set it aside.

Once the dough has settled down, add softened butter, and mix it well with the dough. Use your hands to do it! Leave it for fermentation.
For the filling:

Take a bowl, add cheese, and milk. Microwave for 25-30 seconds. Mix well and keep aside.

Now, divide the dough into four equal parts; take one part and roll it by using a rolling pin. Make sure the dough is not super thin.

Place the rolled dough on a parchment paper, prick the dough and add cheese mixture. Cover the mixture with the second part of the dough. Seal from all the corners.
For the garlic butter:

Take a bowl, add softened butter, grated garlic, coriander leaves and some chili flakes and oregano. Mix it well.

Brush the entire bread generously with this butter.
