Ingredients of Garlic Bread Vada

  • 1 loaf Garlic Bread
  • 1/2 cup Onions (chopped)
  • 1 Green Chilli (finely chopped)
  • 7-8 Curry Leaves
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds
  • 1 tsp Rice Flour
  • 1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder (adjust as per taste)
  • 1 tbsp Curd
  • to taste Salt

How to Make Garlic Bread Vada

Slice the garlic bread and chop it into small cubes.

Grind the cubes in a mixer to make breadcrumbs. Shift them to a mixing bowl.

Add in the chopped onions, green chillies, curry leaves, cumin seeds, rice flour, red chili powder, curd and salt. Mix it well till it comes to a dough-like consistency.

Take moderate portions of the mixture onto your palm and shape them like vadas.
5.
Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the vadas until golden brown.
6.
Serve hot paired with a side of your favourite dip.
