Ingredients of Chicken Bread Parcel
- 2 Bread Slices
- 1/2 cup Shredded Chicken
- 2 tbsp Onion (chopped)
- 2 tbsp Capsicum (chopped)
- 1 tbsp Cilantro (chopped)
- 1 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Cream
- to taste Salt
- to taste Chilli Flakes
- to taste Pepper
- 1/4 tsp Oregano
How to Make Chicken Bread Parcel

Take a mixing bowl, add shredded boiled chicken inside it. Now add seasonings like chilli flakes, oregano, salt, black pepper to taste. Mix everything well.

Add cream and mayonnaise inside it. Mix again. Now, add chopped onions, capsicum, cilantro, and any veggie according to your choice.

Take two bread slices without the crusty edges and spread this filling onto it. Spread the filling generously over the bread slice. Cover with another bread slice.

Press on the sandwich a little to make sure the filling sticks to the bread properly.

Now make a slurry, take a bowl, add yogurt and whisk until it becomes smooth. Add corn flour to it while mixing. Keep mixing until it becomes a bit thick and then add water gradually while mixing.

Mix until it forms a thin liquid paste without lumps. Keep this slurry in a shallow bowl for breading.

Now take two bowls, one filled with slurry and other filled with breadcrumbs.

Place the chicken bread sandwiches in the slurry bowl and turn them around in the slurry to coat both sides. Pick them up carefully and then coat it with breadcrumbs.

Place this sandwich in a kadhai with cooking oil and fry until crisp.
