How To Make Chicken Doughnuts
The sweet classic doughnut gets a savoury twist with this recipe. These chicken doughnuts are made from a mixture of minced chicken, boiled potatoes, onions and carrots.

Ingredients of Chicken Doughnuts
- 250 gms Minced Chicken
- 1 and a half tsp Garlic (Minced)
- 1 Potato (Boiled)
- 1 Onion (Chopped)
- Coriander Leaves (Chopped)
- 1 Carrot (Grated)
- 1/8 tsp Chilli Flakes
- 1/8 tsp Chilli Powder
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Cumin Seeds Powder
- Black Pepper Powder
- All-Purpose Flour
- 1 Egg (Whisked)
- Bread Crumbs

Take chicken, garlic, bread crumbs, boiled potato, finely chopped onion, coriander leaves, grated carrot, chilli flakes, chilli powder, salt, cumin seed powder, black pepper powder into a blender jar. Blend these ingredients into a fine paste.
Grease oil on a plate and shape the chicken donuts paste into regular-sized flat balls.
Keep them in the freezer for 2-3 hrs. Later, cut a hole into the centre of those balls.
Now dip these doughnuts in all-purpose flour, egg and bread crumbs. And keep them in the freezer again for 1-2 hours.
Afterwards, heat oil in a pan and deep fry the chicken donuts. Once they are crispy and golden in colour, remove them and serve.
Your crispy chicken donuts/chicken rings are ready to serve.
