Boneless chicken chunks marinated in soya sauce and ginger garlic paste, deep fried until crisp and seasoned in flavourful sauces. This chicken chilly gravy has a burst of flavours and tastes delicious. It is best served hot as an appetizer or with fried rice or noodles.

Ingredients of Chicken Chilli Gravy
- For marinating the chicken:
- 250-300 gram Boneless chicken
- 1 tbsp Soya sauce
- 1 tbsp Vinegar
- 1 tbsp Ginger-garlic paste
- to taste Salt
- 1 Egg
- 2 tbsp Cornflour
- 2 tbsp All purpose flour
- to taste Black pepper powder
- Red chilli powder (optional)
- For the gravy:
- 1/4 cup Spring onions (chopped)
- 1/4 cup Capsicum (cubed)
- 1 Large onion (cubed)
- 1 1/2 tsp Black pepper powder
- 4-5 Garlic cloves (finely chopped)
- 1 inch Ginger (finely chopped)
- 1 tbsp Green chilli sauce
- 1 tbsp Tomato sauce
- 1 tsp Red chilli sauce
- 1 tsp Cornflour (with water)
How to Make Chicken Chilli Gravy

For Marination:Take a large mixing bowl, add chicken chunks along with all the dry ingredients and soya sauce, ginger garlic paste, egg, corn flour, all-purpose flour. Mix well by using hands.

Set aside for 15-20 minutes.

For Gravy:Heat oil in a pan and deep fry all the chicken chunks. Keep aside. Now in the same pan, reduce the oil and Sautee ginger garlic paste.

Then add veggies like capsicum, onion and green chillies. Sautee again for about 2-3 minutes on medium flame.

Now lower the flame and corn flour slurry to make the gravy thick and consistent. Now, add all the sauces.

Stir it and give it a boil. Ps: You can add more water if you need extra gravy. Now, add fried chicken and mix everything well. Sprinkle spring onions and coriander leaves.
