Ingredients of Chicken Mayo Roll
- 500 gms Boneless Chicken
- 1 cup Curd
- 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
- 1 tsp Coriander Powder
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tsp Chaat Masala
- Salt To Taste
- 1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- 1 medium Onions (Sliced)
- 1 tsp Chopped Garlic
- 1 tsp Chilli Flakes
- 1 tsp Oregano
- 1 cup Wheat Flour
- 1/2 cup Refined Flour
How to Make Chicken Mayo Roll

First of all, take boneless chicken in a bowl, add ginger garlic paste, curd, red chilli, coriander, turmeric, salt and chaat masala and marinate for some time.

After this, heat oil in a pan, put the chicken pieces in it and wait till it gets cooked completely.

Meanwhile, knead the dough by mixing maida and wheat flour in a bowl and let it rest for some time.

Now look back at the chicken, if it is completely cooked, then turn off the flame. Take the prepared dough and make balls out of it and make parathas in circular shape.

Take mayonnaise in a bowl, add chilli flakes and oregano to it. Spread it on the paratha, also add lettuce and now put chicken pieces on it.

Place sliced onions on it, add some more mayonnaise along with it and prepare rolls by wrapping them well.
