Chicken fillets marinated in flavourful spices, rolled up in bread with yogurt sauce and cheese, and deep-fried until golden brown. Perfect for an evening snack and tastes best when served with green chutney.

Ingredients of Tandoori Chicken Roll Ups
- 2 Chicken Fillets/Breasts
- 2 tbsp Curd
- 1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 1/2 tsp Cumin Powder
- 1/2 tsp Coriander Powder
- 1/2 tsp Lemon Juice
- 1/2 tsp Garam Masala Powder
- 2 tbsp Cooking Oil
- For Yogurt Sauce:
- 1 cup Yogurt
- 1/4 cup Fresh Coriander Leaves (Chopped)
- 1 Green Chilli
- 1/2 cup Finely Chopped Onion
- 1/2 cup Tomato (Finely Chopped)
- to taste Salt
- To Assemble Roll:
- 1 cup Bread Crumbs
- 9-10 Bread Slices
- 2 Eggs
- Cooking Oil for Frying

For Marination: In a bowl, add paprika powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, salt, garam masala powder, lemon juice, ginger garlic paste, yogurt and mix well.
Add chicken fillets, mix well and marinate for 30 minutes.
In a frying pan, add cooking oil and fry marinated chicken fillets/breasts and cook from both sides until done (4-5 minutes each side) and basting with the remaining marinade.
To Assemble The Roll: Let the chicken fillets cool down and chop into pieces and set aside.
Cut the edges of the bread slices and roll out with the help of a rolling pin.
On each slice, apply prepared yogurt sauce, cooked chicken pieces, tomato, onion, cheddar cheese and roll up each.
Now, in a bowl, add eggs, red chili powder, salt and whisk well.
Dip bread roll ups into beaten eggs then coat in breadcrumbs. Deep fry them.
For Yogurt Sauce: In a grinder, add curd, fresh coriander, mint leaves, green chili, salt and blend until well combined and keep aside.
Serve it with rolls and enjoy!
