Ingredients of Chicken Seekh Kabab Pulao
- 4-5 Pieces Chicken Kababs
- 1 cup Soaked Rice
- 2 Cardamom
- 1 Cinnamon
- 1/2 cup Fried Onions
- 1/2 cup Tomato puree
- 1/2 cup Yoghurt
- 1 Cubed potato
- 3-4 Chopped Green Chillies
- 1 tsp Garam masala powder
- Saffron (optional)
- 2 tbsp Fresh coriander and mint
- 1 Bay Leaf
- 1/2 tsp Whole Black Pepper
- to taste Salt
- 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp Cumin powder
How to Make Chicken Seekh Kabab Pulao

Clean and soak rice for about 30 minutes.

Meanwhile, heat oil in a pan and add whole spices (cardamom, cinnamon, black pepper and bay leaf). Wait and let them splutter.

Once done, add sliced onions and fry them until golden brown.

After that add ginger garlic paste, green chilli paste, tomato pure along with other dry powdered spices like cumin powder, garam masala, salt and red chilli powder and saute for some time.

The next step is to add coriander and mint leaves and yogurt in the mixture and wait until the oil separates.

Once done, add soaked rice and cook on high heat for about 3-4 minutes. Add water almost as double as rice and pressure cook again.

The last step is to garnish it with fried onions, coriander leaves and smokey chicken kebabs and your dish is ready to relish.
