Ingredients of Chilli Cheese Chicken Lollipop
- 400 gms Mince Chicken
- 1/4 cup Schezwan sauce
- 1 cup Cheese
- 7-8 Fresh basil leaves
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp Fresh chopped tarragon
- 1 small Finely chopped onion
- 2 and 1/4 cups breadcrumbs
- Oil for deep-frying
How to Make Chilli Cheese Chicken Lollipop

Finely shred basil leaves and put in a bowl. Add chicken mince, salt, tarragon, schezwan sauce, onion and 1¼ cups breadcrumbs and mix well.

Divide the mixture into 8 equal portions, stuff each portion with 1 tbsp grated cheese and shape them into a ball. Coat the balls in the remaining breadcrumbs.

Deep-fry the chicken balls till golden and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper.

Insert a lollypop stick in each fried ball and serve hot.
