Ingredients of Chocolate Tart
- For the mousse:
- 500 gm 70% chocolate
- 150 gm Amul cream
- 45 gm Glucose
- 7 gm Gelatin
- For the tart:
- 250 gm Butter
- 100 gm Castor sugar
- 380 gm Maida
- 2 Eggs
How to Make Chocolate Tart

Take some warm water in a bowl and add the gelatine in it to bloom. Place a pot of how water. Keep a bowl on top of it.

Add the chocolate and Amul cream in a bowl. Whisk the mixture and let it melt on the double boiler. Ensure that the chocolate does not burn.

Add the gelatine and glucose let this mixture to rest. Set this mixture in a mould and let it set in the refrigerator for 3 hours.

To make the tart, take a bowl add all the dry ingredients and butter and rub it in. Add the eggs one by one and let the mixture come together.

Roll it out and set it in a round tart mould. Bake it at 180 degrees for 20 mins.

Add the chocolate and Amul cream in a bowl. Whisk the mixture and let it melt on the double boiler. Make a ganache.
7.
Take the mousse that is set and dip it in the ganache and set it on the tart.
8.
Garnish with some berry compote or fruit sauce and serve.
