Ingredients of Christmas Biscuits
- 250 gms flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp ginger powder
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
- 150 gms butter (diced)
- 100 gms castor sugar
- Dried fruit/Icing (to decorate)
- 2 Eggs
How to Make Christmas Biscuits

Rub flour and butter until crumbs are formed.

Stir in sugar and spices.

Add enough beaten eggs to form soft dough. Chill well (for atleast 3 hours)

Roll out the dough on a floured surface.
5.
Cut into desired shapes and arrange on a baking sheet.
6.
Bake at 180 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
7.
Decorate with icing sugar/dried fruits/candy.
