- 2 Egg White
- 1 Egg yolk
- 1 tbsp Chopped Spring Onion
- 1 tbsp Chopped Broccoli
- 1 tsp Milk
- Seasoning:
- A pinch of Italian Seasoning
- 1 tsp Oil/ghee
- 1/2 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
- to taste Salt

Heat oil in a non-stick pan.

Now add onion, pepper and broccoli.

Then add seasonings, salt and red pepper flakes.

In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt and 1 tsp milk.

Pour the beaten eggs on top of the vegetables.

Cook and flip to cook the other side.
