Ingredients of Crispy Cornflakes Chivda
- 2 Cup Unsweetened cornflakes
- 8-10 Peanuts
- 8-10 Cashew Nuts
- 8-10 Almonds
- 8-10 Curry Leaves
- 5-6 Raisins
- 1 tsp Red chilli powder
- 1 tsp Chaat masala
- 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
- 1 tsp Powdered sugar
- Salt to taste
How to Make Crispy Cornflakes Chivda

In a pan heat oil, in this slightly roast peanuts, cashew, almonds, separately one by one until they start browning a little.

Now after removing the nuts, in the same pan add curry leaves, red chili powder, garam masala, chaat masala, and powdered sugar and mix well.

Once everything is mixed well add the nuts and raisins and mix them well too.

Now add the cornflakes and mix with a light hand so that the cornflakes don’t break.
5.
Mix this for another 4-5 minutes and serve.
Recipe Notes
You may chop up half the nuts and keep the other half whole for a variety of textures and you can also add sev or bhujia of your choice to the mixture, but only after it has been cooked.
