Ingredients of Crispy Vegetable Pops

  • 2 Cups Mixed Vegetables- Onion, Capsicum, Carrot, Beans, Potato, Peas, Corn (Finely Chopped)
  • Maida (All Purpose Flour)
  • 1 tsp red chili and black pepper powder
  • 1 tbsp corn flour
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1 cup maida (refined flour)
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • Half cup semolina
  • 1-2 cup water
  • 2 cups oil
  • Salt as per taste

How to Make Crispy Vegetable Pops

Boil 2 large potatoes until they are perfectly cooked.

Combine the maida, corn flour, and salt in a bowl. Mix it well.

Now add water to the dry ingredients and make a smooth batter which is medium thick.

Add chopped vegetables and mashed potato in the batter and mix well.
5.
Take the mix in your hand and make medium-sized balls.

In a bowl add maida (refined flour), add water, and make a thin slurry of it.
7.
In another bowl add the bread crumbs.
8.
Dip the vegetable ball in maida slurry and dip it in the bread crumbs.
9.
In hot oil add the vegetable balls and deep fry them until golden.
10.
Once cooked serve them hot with a dip.
