You all must have tried the usual dahi vada, this chaat includes additions like sev puri, crispy papdi, boondi, chutneys, lemon juice and many more things. This recipe makes for a perfect evening snack along with a steaming hot cup of chai.

Ingredients of Dahi Vada Chaat
- 1 cup Soaked Moong dal
- Oil for deep frying
- 1 and a half cup Dahi
- 2 tbsp Imli chutney
- 2 tbsp Green chutney
- 1 cup Papdi
- Chaat Masala Powder , to taste
- 1 large Onions , finely chopped
- 1 medium Carrot (Gajjar) , grated
- Peanuts, roasted
- 2 tbsp Coriander (Dhania)
- 1/2 cup Boondi
- 1/2 cup Sev
How to Make Dahi Vada Chaat

You first need to make vadas by blending soaked dal. Once done, take a spoonful of batter and deep fry. Continue doing it with rest of the batter.

Once all the vadas are deep-fried, soak them in the water again. Your vadas are ready.

Now, take a big plate, arrange some papdi, bhallas and pour some beaten dahi over it. Next, drizzle the date and imli chutney and the green chutneys around each of the papdi and bhalla.

Sprinkle chaat masala powder and cumin powder. Next sprinkle the grated carrots, pomegranates and the crispy boondi and sev.

At last, sprinkle the chopped onions and the chopped coriander leaves. The chaat is now ready to be served.
