Ingredients of Healthy Khakhra Chaat

  • 2-4 khakhra sheets
  • 1-2 boiled, chopped potatoes
  • 1 tomato , chopped
  • 1 Onion, chopped
  • Half cup sev
  • 1/2 tsp red chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp roasted jeera powder
  • 1 tsp chaat masala
  • 3 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp green chutney
  • 3 tbsp imli chutney (tamarind
  • 4-5 tbsp pomegranate seeds
  • Freshly chopped coriander leaves
  • Salt as per taste

How to Make Healthy Khakhra Chaat

Keep the khakhra sheet on a plate.

Spread green chutney and imli ki chutney over it.

Add chopped onion, tomatoes, boiled potato, coriander leaves evenly.

Sprinkle some chaat masala, red chili powder, jeera powder and salt.
5.
Top it with sev and fresh coriander leaves.
6.
Now squeeze in fresh lemon juice on it.
7.
Serve it quickly before it becomes soggy with the juices.
