- 45 ml white/light rum
- 15 ml maraschino (clear cherry) liqueur
- 60 ml lime juice
- Garnish: Pink grapefruit foam and cherry
- Glass: Martini
How to Make Hemmingway Air

Add all ingredients into shaker with ice.

Shake and strain into glass.

Squirt the grapefruit foam over drink.
