Ingredients of Hemmingway Air

  • 45 ml white/light rum
  • 15 ml maraschino (clear cherry) liqueur
  • 60 ml lime juice
  • Garnish: Pink grapefruit foam and cherry
  • Glass: Martini

How to Make Hemmingway Air

  • 1.Add all ingredients into shaker with ice.
  • 2.Shake and strain into glass.
  • 3.Squirt the grapefruit foam over drink.
  • 4.Garnish.
