Ingredients of Lauki And Kele Ki Kheer
- 800 gms full fat milk
- 400 gms bottle gourd pumpkin (peeled and cleaned), grated
- 2 Banana, grated
- 30 gms khoya
- 20 gms almonds, sliced
- 10 gms chironji
- 10 gms cashew (crushed0
- 90 gms brown sugar
- 1 tsp cardamom powder
- 25 gms ghee
- 8/10 Saffron strands
How to Make Lauki And Kele Ki Kheer

Clean peel and grate lauki. Peel grate ripe banana. Slice the almonds and crush cashews.

Now heat ghee in a pan and fry cashews and almonds. Keep some aside for garnish.

When brown, add grated lauki and cook it for 8/10 minutes on slow heat.

Add milk when its starts boiling simmer the heat and let it cook on slow fire for 25 minutes. Keep stirring in between.

Now add sugar and khoya and cook it for another 2/3 minutes than add cardamom powder and saffron.
6.
Let kheer cool when at room temperature add grated banana and mix. Garnish with almond and cashews.
