Ingredients of Moong Dal Cheela Stuffed With Paneer

  • 200 gms moong dal, blanched
  • 50 gms oeas
  • 2 tsp garlic cloves
  • 2 green chillies, chopped
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric
  • 100 ml water
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp coriander, finely chopped
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 3-4 tbsp cegetable oil
  • For filling:
  • 4 tbsp paneer, grated
  • 2 green chillies, chopped
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 lemon (juice)
  • 1/2 tsp chaat masala
  • to taste salt

How to Make Moong Dal Cheela Stuffed With Paneer

Combine ginger, garlic, chillies, salt, turmeric, dal and water together. Grind until smooth and beat well.

Add onion, coriander and chopped peas to the batter. Cover and chill for 1 hour. Add soda.

Heat an oiled pan and fry spoonfuls of batter.
4.
Combine the filling ingredients and use to fill pancakes. Serve hot.
