Moringa Laddoos are tasty and nutritious!

Ingredients of Moringa Laddoos
- 2 Cups Moringa Leaves powder
- 1 cup Coconut, grated
- 1 cup Nuts
- 1 1/2 cup Dates
- 4 tbsp Honey
- 1/2 cup Sunflower Seeds
- 1/2 tsp Cardamom powder
- Ghee
How to Make Moringa Laddoos

Take a pan and put on medium heat. Put the grated coconuts in it and roast until it’s golden brown and aromatic. Make sure to keep stirring to prevent burning. Once done, keep it aside. Do the same with sunflower seeds.

Take nuts like almonds, cashews, walnuts, raisins, pistachios, etc. and chop them finely. Once done, grind them in a blender to make a fine powder.

In a blender, add washed dates but remove the seeds. Blend until it forms a sticky paste-like consistency.

Take a large bowl and combine moringa leaves powder, roasted coconuts, ground nuts, dates paste, honey, sunflower seeds, and cardamom powder. Mix until all the ingredients are combined well.

Grease your hands with ghee to prevent sticking and take a small portion of the moringa laddoo mixture. Roll it between your palms and shape it into a smooth round laddoo. Continue this process until the whole mixture is used up.

Place the moringa laddoos in the refrigerator to set for at least 30 minutes. And it’s done! Garnish it with coconut powder to add more flavour to your moringa laddoos!
