Ingredients of Mushroom Slider
- For Mushroom Mixture
- 130 gram Mushroom
- 20 gram Onion
- 20 gram Garlic
- 0.5 gram fresh thyme
- 0.2 gram black pepper
- 30 ml fresh cream
- 0.2 gram salt
- 30 gram oil
- Assembling:
- 2 pieces Mini Burger
- 0.5 gram Butter
- 20 gram Garlic Aioli
- 20 gram Romaine Lettuce
- 2 pieces Hash Brown
- 0.5 ml Truffle Oil
How to Make Mushroom Slider

Cook onion, garlic, and mushroom in a pan.

Add all the other ingredients and make a mixture.

Apply garlic aioli on the bun.

Then put romaine lettuce on the base.

Add hash brown, add mushroom mixture on top of it.
6.
Drizzle truffle oil and close the bun.

Serve Hot!
