Ingredients of Nimbu ka Saada Achaar

  • 1 kg sour limes-washed and wiped dry, cut into 4 pieces each
  • 1 1/4 cup salt
  • 1 cup whole red peppers
  • 1 tsp asafoetida
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar-optional

How to Make Nimbu ka Saada Achaar
