Ingredients of Nimbu ka Saada Achaar
1 kg sour limes-washed and wiped dry, cut into 4 pieces each
1 1/4 cup salt
1 cup whole red peppers
1 tsp asafoetida
1/4 cup powdered sugar-optional
How to Make Nimbu ka Saada Achaar
1.Mix all the ingredients together.
2.Transfer into the jar.
3.Keep it under the sun for about a month.
4.You can also add some sliced ginger to it if you desire.
