Ingredients of Nimbu ka Saada Achaar
- 1 kg sour limes-washed and wiped dry, cut into 4 pieces each
- 1 1/4 cup salt
- 1 cup whole red peppers
- 1 tsp asafoetida
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar-optional
