Ingredients of Nimbu ka Saada Achaar

  • 1 kg sour limes-washed and wiped dry, cut into 4 pieces each
  • 1 1/4 cup salt
  • 1 cup whole red peppers
  • 1 tsp asafoetida
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar-optional

How to Make Nimbu ka Saada Achaar

  • 1.Mix all the ingredients together.
  • 2.Transfer into the jar.
  • 3.Keep it under the sun for about a month.
  • 4.You can also add some sliced ginger to it if you desire.
