Ingredients of Palak Aloo Tikki
- 1 cup Spinach
- 1 Small onion, chopped
- 1/2 tbsp Ginger-garlic paste
- 1/4 tsp Cumin seeds
- to taste Salt
- to taste Red chilli powder
- 1 tsp Garam masala powder
- A pinch of Turmeric powder
- 1 tbsp Rice flour
- 2 Bread slices, without sides
How to Make Palak Aloo Tikki

Saute cumin seeds, onion and ginger-garlic paste.

Add spinach, salt and other seasonings. When spinach is wilted, turn off the gas and let the spinach cool down.

In a bowl, combine spinach mixture, mashed boiled potatoes, rice flour and crumbled bread slices. Add more flour if the mixture is too moist. Add more salt, if required.

Make lime-sized roundels from the mixture and pan fry or deep fry.
