Ingredients of Paneer Tikka Sandwich
- 3/4 cup Yogurt
- 1 tsp Red chilli powder
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp Coriander powder
- 1/4 tsp Cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp Garam masala
- 1/2 tsp Amchur
- 1 tsp Kasuri methi
- 1 tsp Ginger-garlic paste
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 cup Paneer
- 1/2 Onion, chopped
- 1/2 Capsicum, chopped
- 1 Tomato, chopped
- 2 tbsp Oil
- Bread slices
- 1 cup Green chutney
How to Make Paneer Tikka Sandwich

Prepare a marinade with yoghurt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala, amchur, kasuri methi, ginger-garlic paste and salt.

Add the chopped paneer, onion, capsicum and tomato to the marinade. Mix till the veggies and the paneer is coated. Let it marinate for 30 minutes.

Heat oil in a kadhai, add the marinated mixture and fry it till the paneer turns golden and crisp.

Spread the green chutney over slices of bread. Place the paneer tikka on the bread and close the sandwich.

Toast the sandwich on a grill till it is evenly crisp. The paneer tikka sandwich is ready!
