Ingredients of Peach Cobbler
- 4 canned peaches julienned (you can use fresh fruits also)
- 1/2 cup walnut (crushed)
- 1/4 cup raisins, chopped
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- Handful of thyme leaves
- 6 tbsp canned peach syrup (you can use natural or canned juice also)
- 1 tbsp refined white flour
- For the topping:
- 3 cups white refined flour
- 100 gms chilled butter
- 3 tsp soft brown sugar
- for garnishing thyme leaves
How to Make Peach Cobbler
Prepare the fruit mix:

Put the peaches in a bowl and add walnuts, raisins, and thyme leaves, vanilla essence, peach syrup, and white refined flour and mix all this.
Prepare the topping:
1.
Combine flour, butter and sugar properly.
2.
Fill the ramekins with the peach mixture.
3.
Add a layer of cobbler topping over peach mixture.
4.
Add half tsp of butter and some thyme on each ramekin
5.
Pre-heat the oven for 5 minutes at 180 degree and bake the ramekins in the oven for 15 minutes.
