- 4 boiled eggs
- 2.5 gram sesame seeds
- 2.5 gram chilli flake
- 5 gram garlic
- 2.5 gram Maggi masala
- 2.5 gram oregano
- 5 gram soya sauce
- 15 gram tomato ketchup
- 5 gram coriander
- 15 ml oil
- 50 gram white flour (maida)
- 2.5 gram salt for batter
- water
How to Make Sesame Garlic Egg Tempura

Boil the eggs for 11 minutes, then peel them before coating them in a batter consisting of maida, salt, and water.

In a frying pan, heat some oil, and sauté garlic. In a separate bowl, combine all the other ingredients, then add this mixture to the heated oil. Stir thoroughly.

Next, add fried eggs into the mixture, along with chopped coriander, and serve the dish piping hot to your dear ones.

For a spicier version, you can substitute chili paste for flakes. And for a kid-friendly option, replace ketchup with honey.
