Ingredients of Sirkewala Pyaaz

  • 250 gm small onion
  • 1 cup vinegar
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt

How to Make Sirkewala Pyaaz

Peel the onions, wash and leave them in a colander to drain.

Place the vinegar in a saucepan over high heat and bring to boil.
3.
Add the salt, sugar and the onions, and when the vinegar comes to a boil once again, shut off the heat.
4.
Store in a sterilized, airtight jar.
