Ingredients of Soya Kuttu Kebab

  • 100 gms Soya chunks (dried)
  • 100 gram Kuttu Atta
  • 50 gram Onion
  • 10 gram Mint , chopped
  • 10 gram Green chilly , chopped
  • 5 gram Coriander seeds crushed
  • 100 gram Potato (boiled & mashed)
  • 10 gram Coriander , chopped
  • 5 gram Cumin
  • 3 gram Chili powder
  • 3 gram Garam masala
  • 5 gram Ginger , chopped
  • 5 gram Chaat masala
  • Salt – to taste
  • 50 gram Desi ghee

How to Make Soya Kuttu Kebab

Soak soya chunks in hot water for half an hour. Now, squeeze the water out and place it in a blender.

Take out the soya mixture in a large bowl; add kuttu Atta, chopped onion, mashed potato, mint, coriander, green chili, cumin powder and all spices. Mix it well and divide into small balls and make patty.
3.
Heat a pan, add some desi ghee and shallow fry the kebabs till it is brown both sides and serve hot with mint chutney.
