Vegetarian tangdi kebab is a vegetarian version of chicken tangdi kebab which is made out of basic ingredients like bread slices, boiled potatoes, paneer along with spices like garam masala, red chilli powder and tangy chaat masala.

Ingredients of Veg Tangdi Kebab

  • 4 Bread Slices
  • 2 small Mashed potatoes
  • 200 gram Mashed paneer
  • 2 tbsp Coriander leaves
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper powder
  • 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder
  • to taste Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Garam masala
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp Chaat masala

How to Make Veg Tangdi Kebab

Take a large container and add, mashed potatoes, paneer, coriander leaves along with all the spices mentioned in the ingredients list.

Add lemon juice and mix everything well.

Roll bread slices from upside to down by using a roller.
4.
Slightly apply water by using a brush on the inner surface of breads.
5.
Fill it up with the prepared mixture and make a cylinderical shaped roll. Make sure to join it properly from all the sides.
6.
Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the kebabs until golden brown.
7.
Serve it with mint chutney or tomato sauce and savour!
