Ingredients of Vegetarian Shami Kebab
- 1 Cup Boiled chana
- 2 Boiled potatoes
- 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
- 1 tsp Red chilli powder
- 1 tbsp Coriander Powder
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- Salt as per taste
How to Make Vegetarian Shami Kebab

First add boiled chana in a bowl and mash them lightly.

To this add boiled mashed potato, red chilli powder, coriander powder, salt, pepper, ginger-garlic paste, a few lemon drops and combine them well.

Prepare soft dough. Now make roundels from the dough and flatten in out.

Once the kebabs are formed you can pan fry them or deep fry them as per your liking!
