Ingredients of Whole Wheat Bread Spinach Sandwich

  • 1 Pack Baby Spinach
  • 2 tsp Dill, Fresh
  • 1 Clove Garlic
  • 2 tsp Parsley Fresh
  • 1/4 Onion
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper ground
  • 2 tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 tbsp Butter, unsalted
  • 6 tbsp Feta
  • 4 Slices Cheddar Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Ricotta
  • 4 Slices Wholewheat bread

How to Make Whole Wheat Bread Spinach Sandwich

Heat the extra virgin olive oil in a pan and add the diced onions, sauteing till golden brown.

Add baby spinach and cook till it wilts.

Add the fresh dill, parsley, garlic and pepper and combine.

Empty into a bowl and add the ricotta, feta and combine into a mixture. Add cheddar slices to Wholewheat. Bread and top with spinach and cheese mixture.

In a pan, add extra virgin olive oil and unsalted butter and toast the sandwiches till the cheese melts. Serve hot.
