- 2 tsp kasundi marmalade

How to Make Wilderness Cranberry Pull-Apart Bread
1.
Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F). Make slits in the burger buns in a chequered pattern, being careful not to slice all the way through.
2.
In a bowl, mix the cream cheese and kasundi marmalade until well combined. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly inside the slits of the burger buns.
3.
In a pan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the chopped spring onion and garlic to the melted butter, and sauté until fragrant.
4.
Dunk each burger bun upside down into the butter mixture, ensuring they soak up the flavours.
5.
Stuff each slit with cranberries, placing them in a criss-cross pattern. Place the prepared buns on an oven-proof tray and bake for about 5-7 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and crispy.
6.
Remove from the oven and sprinkle parmesan cheese over the top of each bun. Serve hot with two types of chutney: bhaang ki chutney and kasundi orange marmalade.
