Boiled Egg Omelette: Here's how you can make it at home
To begin with the recipe, all you need to do is whip up 2-3 eggs in a container and add onion, green chillies, salt, red chilli powder, coriander leaves, ginger-garlic paste and crushed pepper. Once done beating, heat oil in a pan and pour the mixture on top of it.
Now, the next is to put the roundly cut boiled eggs pieces on top of the omelette and sprinkle some red chilli powder, pepper powder and salt along with chaat masala and coriander leaves.
Then cover the pan for about 5-10 minutes. Flip the omelette to cook it from the other side. You can also add grated cheese on top of the omelette to give it a cheesy texture.
